About the collaboration
Benedikt Von Harder is a visual diarist / ordinary portraitist/normcore painter / small format master.
Benedikt works mainly with pencil on paper, acrylic on canvas, and occasionally with aquarelle on paper. He loves old Mercedes-Benz and a few BMWs on the streets, strange and odd yet fashionable moments, hyper-normal still lifes, chaotic tables after dinner, icons of his youth, and all that seems ordinary and does something with him.
Our collaboration reimagines the traditional souvenir—elevating it into something more considered. This piece serves as a living memento of one of the most iconic Mercedes of its time: the missing B-pillar, the silhouette, the details—everything captured in form.
